Automated Clearing House (ACH) is an electronic network for business-to-business financial transactions in the United States. ACH processes large volumes of credit and debit transactions in batches.
It is used mostly by commercial customers who have the ability to create Corporate Trade Exchange (CTX) or Cash Concentration and Disbursement plus Addendum transactions (CCD+).
It provides increased cash flow management by minimizing payment posting time. aajogo will continue to read your meter and calculate your bill each month. You will still receive your bill as you normally do.
We accept ACH, CTX and CCD+ transactions with addendum data, specifically, the full 10-digit aajogo account number.
CTX payment format combines payment information, addendum record, with related information, such as invoice numbers, allowing for multiple payments in a single transfer of funds. View payment example.
CCD+ payment format combines payment information, addendum record, with related information, such as invoice number for a single payment in a single transfer of funds. View payment example.
You can contact either your financial institution or the National Automated Clearing House (NACHA) if you have questions regarding how to create a CTX or CCD+ transaction. Your company's technology system will determine what ACH payment option is available to you. Your company's IT department can help determine your capabilities.
Please be advised that email and fax remittance is not accepted.
